Although some people choose to exercise on their own, either because they’re highly motivated or because they like the solitude of working out alone – others prefer to do it with a buddy or even with a crowd.

One person might consider mowing the lawn to be a real chore. Someone else might look at it as an opportunity to be outside and get some exercise.
Isn’t it curious that the more we do – the more we feel like doing? It’s one of the great paradoxes of life really.
