The great paradox
Isn’t it curious that the more we do – the more we feel like doing? It’s one of the great paradoxes of life really.
As we become more active, physically or mentally (it can also be true spiritually), instead of losing energy we actually gain a certain momentum that helps supply fuel for the journey.
If there is such a thing as a perpetual motion machine – we’re it!
Knowing that the converse is also true (do less, feel like doing even less), means we need to continually create the sparks to insure that our ‘Mo’ is going in the right direction.
One of the best ways to generate the spark, and it’s happening in this Challenge, is by urging our mates to dig a little deeper, and asking them to return the favor by encouraging us to stretch our performance as well.
When we feed each other in this way, it sets up a nice upward spiral that serves us all beautifully.
