Start with a big Q
Asking ourselves challenging questions can be very empowering. It can be an especially powerful way to start the day.
Before launching into the stuff of life today, think about posing one of the following questions to yourself and see where it leads.
“How can I do the greatest good for myself and my family today?”
“What’s the best way I can improve my health today?”
“Where can I put my focus today in order to be most effective?”
No doubt, you can think of other equally powerful, open-ended questions which will engage your whole brain and help steer your actions for the day.
When we ask ourselves big questions like these, we’re more likely to put our attention on the things that matter most.
