Your trend line is showing
You’ve probably noticed that clicking on the My Progress tab on your dashboard will give you a nice graphical representation of your activities. It’s way easier than trying to make sense of three weeks of data.
It’s also a quick way to see both what you’re doing and how you’re doing.
Regardless of our performance thus far, with less than a week to go in the Challenge, we all have an opportunity to finish with a flourish.
Let’s see what we can do in the home stretch to boost the time and intensity of our daily workouts.
