  • No need to go grand

Like you, I’ve got a few goals of my own for 2021.

While I’m inclined to think grand and ambitious (as we all should, from time to time) I’m also aware that some of my greatest achievements will come down to establishing little habits which, when practiced often, can bring big results in the long run.

Here are three things I resolve to do, for at least 10 minutes each day, in the coming year:

    • Upon waking up, review my most cherished values, and reaffirm my commitment to behaviors I know will bring me optimal health, fulfilling relationships, and a positive impact on my coaching work.
    • Meditate. Yes, I’ve been meditating for years but I often miss days. Not this year!
    • Set an egg timer and spend 10 minutes a day sorting thru my possessions. A year from now I’ll let you know how successful I’ve been with this action, as I expect it will help me to both organize and simplify my life.

The common feature of these habits is that I can accomplish each of them in 10 minutes a day. Realistic. Doable. And with a payoff that is substantial.

Any daily habits you’d like to adopt this year?

If so, let me know what they are and count on me to provide personalized support for you along the way. Email me ([email protected]) and let’s set up a time to talk soon. A month from now you’ll have created some wonderful momentum on personal goals for 2021.

Imagine how strong you’ll feel a year from now!
